Govt Plans Private-Sector Subsidies to Expand Affordable Housing, Tackle Slums

[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala -- Government is considering providing subsidies to the private sector to spur the construction of low-cost housing in both rural and urban areas, in a move aimed at curbing the rapid growth of slums.
